Capsule Counter/Bottling Machines

Capping Machines

Cleveland has several models of capping machines to suit smaller applications. The CE-CS1000 Tabletop Capper has a compact construction with rubber turnstiles to minimize cap breakage and a manual height adjustment hand wheel. The CS3000 Capping System is a semi-automatic capper with speeds of 20-25 bpm.

Label Applicators

Manual Round Product Label Applicators are perfect for those clients who need to quickly and accurately apply labels with little to no waste. Hand crank labelers are easy to setup and operate, requiring no tools to switch bottle sizes. Electric tabletop label applicators provide adjustable labeling speeds and advanced sensor detection to ensure labeling quality.  No repositioning or timing adjustment is necessary when changing bottle size.

Tamper Band Shrink Tunnels

Our series of Tamper Band label shrink tunnels can shrink Tamper Shrink Band labels for product with bottle or barrel shapes on glass or plastic bottles. Shrink label either on the top, middle or bottom of bottle or wrapping the whole bottle. Features include Intelligent shrink temperature control and Unique conveyor device with stepless Conveyor speed adjustor to ensure stable transmission.

Bag/Pouch Sealers

Continuous band sealers are perfect for mid- to high-volume bags or film sealing. The CE-2500 and CE-3000 continuous band sealers have both vertical or horizontal configurations! Continuous band sealers can seal single or composed bags or film up to 20 millimeters thick. These multipurpose models include product counter, Embosser or Ink Print Wheel Coder and digital temperature controller. With quick warm up times these bag sealers can seal any thermoplastic material in both polyethylene and barrier film applications.

Bottle Conveyors

Cleveland Equipment's line of bottle conveyors lets you customize your packaging transport line with inline, bottomless and gripper conveyors to meet any application. The CE-TRA-37S Bottomless Conveyor is designed to access the bottom side of the container for coding expiration dates, lot numbers, etc. The independently adjustable Gripper Belts can accommodate containers up to 10 1/2" in diameter.

Cap Liner Induction Sealers

Induction cap sealers create a complete and airtight seal using any standard PVC and PET-G shrink film materials to prevent spillage, ensure freshness and protect from product tampering. Induction sealers are suitable in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, food, beverage, cosmetic and other packaging industries. PVC heat shrink cut bands can be applied around the cap, neck, or container lips.

Coding Printers

At Cleveland Equipment we have printers models for any application! From smart hand held inkjet printers to multiple printheads,our high resolution printers can print with speeds up to 60m/min and print heights up to 1.0. Adjustable for down & side printing and able to print on porous or non-porous surfaces. Manual and Semi-Automatic Hot Code Printers can print date codes, lot number and expiration dates on plastic or paper bags.

Carton Box Tape Sealers

Cleveland carries a large selection of carton box sealers to pack many boxes of different sizes. From semi-automatic box tapers for varying box size, and uniform case sealers for same box dimensions, to random automatic carton sealing machines that can accept various box sizes in the same production run.
